Let’s break-up with burnout, once and for all.

Hey, hey there! My name is Michelle and I created this space to fill a space in the wellness world for busy, caring people who have experienced shame, frustration and difficulty on their journey to practicing self-care daily.

Why? Because I was one of those people.

As a social worker, eldest child, a first-time mom and a recovering perfectionist, stress, pressure and overworking are things I am all too familiar with. Self-care wasn’t always something I leaned on — I’ve had many moments of putting my needs last in service of others.

In over 10 years of being a professional helper, I have learned that there are many of us struggling to put our needs first. With barriers like perfectionism, overachievement, people-pleasing and scarcity mindsets, my focus is to create practical, compassionate options to encourage you to take care of yourself better — because you are way too important to not take care of you.

Here at Gmichelle Wellness, my mission is to compassionately encourage you to not only take care of yourself, but offer practical, realistic self-care opportunities to help you show up as the best version of yourself, as often as possible.

I am here to help guide you through and to a life that feels more easeful, less stressful and most importantly, free from burnout-causing habits. With my published works and signature self-care services, you are just a click away from living the more balanced life you deserve to live.

Here’s your invitation to take your first step in prioritizing your self-care needs. It’s time for you to take care of you.
