Engage your group in learning about how to intentionally create space for self-care with our signature self-care workshops.

During the time of social distancing, workshops can be facilitated online and through video conferencing platforms.

Through Gmichelle self-care workshops, attendees will gain practical and effective tools to create space for self-care in a compassionate, supportive learning environment. Each 60-minute workshop includes:

  • Strategies to prevent burnout and work fatigue
  • Self-reflective journaling prompts
  • Group discussion of self-care ideas
  • Follow-up resources and accountability support


You and your group can choose from four of our signature workshops:

  • Reflect, Review, Reset
  • Helping the Helper
  • Releasing the Pressure

Workshops are led and facilitated by G. Michelle Goodloe, LCSW. With experience working as a direct social services provider, psychotherapist and as a state-level non-profit project manager, Michelle offers first-hand experience of the importance of practicing self-care as a professional helper.
