During the time of social distancing, workshops can be facilitated online and through video conferencing platforms.
Through Gmichelle self-care workshops, attendees will gain practical and effective tools to create space for self-care in a compassionate, supportive learning environment. Each 60-minute workshop includes:
- Strategies to prevent burnout and work fatigue
- Self-reflective journaling prompts
- Group discussion of self-care ideas
- Follow-up resources and accountability support

Workshops are led and facilitated by G. Michelle Goodloe, LCSW. With experience working as a direct social services provider, psychotherapist and as a state-level non-profit project manager, Michelle offers first-hand experience of the importance of practicing self-care as a professional helper.
